I went up to Santa Cruz last weekend, and had a really good time with my friends. It was a nice little trip, the weather was wonderful and I didn’t use a computer for 4 days.
But since I’ve been back, at work, on the computer, I’ve been reading random websites and the like. I’ve found myself using Google Reader’s shared items and notes a lot more since they updated it a few weeks ago.
You can read all the things I find interesting at this link, I’m hoping to be able to use that to keep this blog up to date with mostly original writing and pictures.
I’ve been finding the sharing features of Google Reader very useful. I only read two other people’s shared items, but both are friends of mine that live not too far away from me. They share things that they find interesting, and that also might interested the people that read what they share, which is the same thing I do with it.
I’ve also been trying to make my social internetworking more functional by finding people and reading blogs that are physically near me. I’ve been able to find out about a lot more going on, socially and politically in San Diego thanks to the internet.
